Terms of Service

By using Kiri-su! you agree to the following:

The service is provided as-is. We run a private osu! server for fun; we make no guarantees about uptime, data persistence, or fitness for purpose.
Account data. We store your username, email, hashed password, gameplay stats, and connection metadata needed to run the service. Don’t reuse a password you use elsewhere.
Your conduct. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Break the rules and we may restrict, ban, or remove it.
No commercial use. Supporter perks are donations toward hosting, not a purchased product; they’re granted at our discretion and don’t create a contract.
Third parties. Kiri-su! is not affiliated with or endorsed by peppy or osu!. osu! trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the latest version.
