Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

Is Kiri-su! free?

Yes, completely. Supporter perks exist to help pay for hosting, but nothing is pay-to-win.

Do I need a special client?

You connect with the official osu! client pointed at our server. See the connection tutorial for the two-line setup.

Can I play Relax / Autopilot?

Yes. Relax and Autopilot are first-class modes here with their own leaderboards. Toggle them on any leaderboard or profile with the Vanilla / Relax / Autopilot switch.

I registered but can’t log in-game

New accounts must verify in-game once. After registering, launch osu!, log in with your Kiri-su! username and password, and your account activates.

I forgot my password

Use the password reset on the login page and we’ll email you a link.

How do I get a custom badge or profile background?

Those are Supporter perks. Visit the Premium page to support the server, then set them under Settings.

Something’s broken. Where do I report it?

Open a ticket on our Discord, or message a staff member in-game.
